Gatomon: the starter.

This is my first full body character suit. I picked Gatomon because she is my favorite digimon and I really wanted to do a character that I know I could do. Uhmm....I used heavy wire, foam, wood looms, window screening, pipe cleaners, and a ton of hot glue and sewing.

I had to use fleece because the fabric store didn't have enough white faux fur, nor yellow fur, or the right color purple fur. So it really upset me, but turned out pretty well in the end. About 80+ hrs to complete. I didn't have a pattern to work from, only my Gatomon action figure. ;;;

(You can't see my tail, but it's curled and stands erect....and I used a roll of duct tape for that cuff she wears on her tail. lol. And I'm sorry for the blurriness of the picture. My sister took the picture and she's bad with keeping still.)

I went to Megacon 2009, hoping to find an Angewomon....And it was a success! I found my other half but she was half dressed when I found her. lol.
